This week, I have decided to explore a blog that stood out to me immediately. When wandering through the internet and searching for a blog to review, I stumbled upon one that had a quote at the top. A quote from my favorite author, Douglas Adams. the quote was simply, "We may not have ended up where we intended to go, but we ended up where we needed to be." I love this quote for a number of reasons, but I particularly love it when thought about in regards to education.

Though sometimes a classroom may look more like this than we may want it to, and I know each teacher reading this has had at least one of these days, this quote can help keep us centered as educators. Because no matter if the lesson goes exactly as planned, if our students are learning and growing, I feel that the job has been done and done well. Not every day in the classroom is a perfect dream come true, but it is an opportunity for our students to learn every single day. This quote truly makes me feel confident in my abilities as an educator.
I think this blog is a fantastic resource for educators! Whether you're just starting out, or a seasoned veteran, every teacher can find a new technology related resource for his classroom through this blog's recommendations. I know I will certainly be bookmarking this page for later use when I need some technology integration ideas for my own classroom. I have enjoyed looking through the different app recommendations, particularly those relating to more game related learning, and I hope to be able to use them in the near future.
